Cancellation from any time of day 20 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 14 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.
Cancellation from any time of day 13 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 7 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 75% of the reservation total.
A no-show or a cancellation from any time of day 6 days prior to the check-in date onwards, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.

Drive along the main street, past all the shops. +/- 3 km. then pass the famous NG white church on your left hand side.
+/- 100 mtr further the road splits. Take the left fork for +/- 30 mtr. And turn left into Human Street. This is a dead-end street. Drive to the top and you will find parking on your left.
From George: Take the East entrance. You enter Swellendam via the first section of the main street, Swellengrebel Street.
The first building on your left is the Drosdy museum. Approx. 500mtr down, on your left a tea garden with the name “ La Belle Alliance.”
Over the small bridge, directly after that turn right, left and right again into Human Street. These 3 turns are all within approx. 30 mtr of each other.
You will see the sign of Augusta de Mist at the top of this dead-end street. Turn left into the parking area.
